Obb and data folder can be found in Android Folder which is in phone memory, extract the files into Obb data folders there.

Hello, hope this game data and obb below is good one cause I could remember when I wanted to download FTS19 then.. Everything is just rubbish include the apk,pls I need the a reply urgently before I wasted my MB(data).

After moving de obb file to Android obb. Do u have to create another folder after the obb folder?
Extract to Android folder.. no need of creating anything, all android phones automatically create obb folder.
